REAL-TIME 6-SIGMA QC SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH DATABASE LINKED WITH ENTERPRISE INFORMATION SYSTEM INCLUDING EXPERT SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A real-time 6-sigma QC(Quality Control) system equipped with a database linked with an enterprise information system including an expert system is provided to link with the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and the MIS(Management Information System) by equipping with a standard database, and analysis/manage field QC activities in real-time by managing/collecting QC values. CONSTITUTION: A QRP(Quality Resource Planning) database(200) includes a master table database(210) linked with the database of the MIS connected to a server(100), a QC activity database(220), a field information database(230), and a knowledge database(240). The server reads QC information stored in the database and provides the QC information for products to an external device by a statistical process. The server includes a statistics engine module, an expert system module, a sampling test management module, a measurer management module, a process management module, and an experiment plan module. Each module supports the QC activity by reading the information of the knowledge database.
