DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING FINE STONES BY TREATING CONSTRUCTION WASTES AFTER SEPARATING CONSTRUCTION WASTES ACCORDING TO GRAIN SIZE

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing fine stones using construction wastes is provided to produce fine stones of good quality by effectively utilizing construction wastes and to maximize treatment efficiency by treating the construction wastes after separating the construction wastes according to grain size. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device comprises a first crushing portion(100) which has a grizzly feeder(120) connected to the top portion of a hopper(110) and a impact crusher(130) connected to the grizzly feeder, an aggregate separating portion(200) which has a vibrating screen(220) provided in one side of the impact crusher via magnetic selector, a second crushing portion which has a first sub-crushing portion(310) for crushing an aggregates having size above 13mm and a sand mill(350) for crushing an aggregates having size 5-13mm, and a vibrating screen(370) having a water injection device. The vibrating screen discharges only an aggregates having size below 8mm, which aggregates were crushed at the second crushing portion or passed through the vibrating screen.
