PURPOSE: An elastic bridge bearing is provided to improve the horizontal bearing force, and to cut down the manufacturing cost of the elastic bridge bearing by fitting the lower part of an assembling part of an upper plate movement control member into a press-fit groove vertically and fixing firmly with the assembling member. CONSTITUTION: An elastic bridge bearing is composed of a lower plate(10) having a couple of horizontal force supporting parts opposed to each other and protruded from the upper part of a body(11), an elastic pad(30) fixed on the body of the lower plate and arranged between a couple of horizontal force supporting parts, an upper plate moved horizontally to the elastic pad and elastically supported, and an upper plate movement control member(40) having an assembling part(41) fixed to the body of the lower plate to control movement of the upper plate. A press-fit groove(11a) is formed in the lower plate body and opened up. The lower end of the assembling part of the upper plate movement control member is fitted vertically to the press-fit groove and fastened by the bolt.
