PURPOSE: A preparation method of a fish bait is provided to decrease a viscosity when kneading a parched hulled barley with the water, to make soft and to keep a sweet smell long by using a bean oil. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the fish bait comprises the steps of: parching a hulled barley for about 1 hr. 30 min., cooling and pulverizing it with a pulverizer; diluting the barley with an edible bean oil in an amount of 1/25 of the barley powders volume; pulverizing secondly with a screw pulverizer, thereby the bean oil is absorbed in the barley powders well and so the bean oil is not separated easily when kneading with the water; and packing it as a fish bait.
