PURPOSE: A brake cooling system of a vehicle is provided to prevent a brake from being overheated by forcibly blowing the exterior air to the brake and to improve the safety of the brake. CONSTITUTION: A brake cooling system of a vehicle comprises a drive shaft(54) transmitting the driving force to wheels, a blower unit(56) formed on the drive shaft and integrally rotating with the drive shaft, a knuckle(58) mounted in a vehicle body and having a through hole(58a) penetrated with the drive shaft and a receiving groove(58b) eccentrically receiving the blower unit, a brake(60) installed in the knuckle and the drive shaft and stopping the wheel using friction, an air intake(62) of which one side is communicated with the receiving groove of the knuckle to supply the exterior air into the receiving groove, and an air discharge hole(64) guiding the exterior air blown by the blower unit to the brake.
