PURPOSE: A device and a method for processing an intelligent network telephone in a mobile telephone network are provided to receive position information of a mobile telephone from a mobile communication network, and to connect a call of the mobile telephone to an adjacent spot by using the position information, thereby removing a cost of constructing a call center. CONSTITUTION: A database stores positions of spots and telephone numbers. A switch(503) switches various signals. A central office interface(504) interfaces signals between a CO(Central Office) and the switch(503). A CID extractor(509) extracts CID of a mobile telephone from a ring signal, and transmits the CID to an LBSS(Location-Based Service Server)(510). A controller(500) reads a telephone number of a spot connected to the mobile telephone from the database, and transmits the number to a DTMF transmitter(505) while holding a call of the mobile telephone. The DTMF transmitter(505) generates a DTMF signal corresponding to the telephone number to the CO.
