PURPOSE: To provide a split tube capable of forming a fracture surface economically and more efficiently at the same time by enabling decking using air decking and blast using a split tube made of an inexpensive material such as paper, and to provide a fracture controlled blasting method using the split tube and air decking. CONSTITUTION: The split tube(200) is characterized in that it is formed of paper having a certain thickness, and slits(110) are longitudinally formed at an inner side of a cylindrical body(100) of the split tube such that the slits maintain an angle of 180 degrees respectively, wherein the split tube further comprises plugs(120) formed at both sides of the body. The fracture controlled blasting method using the split tube and air decking comprises the steps of drilling a plurality of blast holes along expected lines of a fracture surface at an expected blasting area; respectively mounting detonators on explosives inserted into the respective blast holes; sequentially decking a plural explosives by forming a sealing type air decking having an opening part directed to a certain direction parallel to the expected lines between two or more explosives inserted into the respective blast holes formed along the expected lines; charging stemming into an upper part of the explosive changed blast holes; and blasting the explosives after connecting the respective detonators.
