COW MAT, HAVING CLOSED CELL FOAM FORMED WITHIN USING FOAM POLYMER FOR IMPROVING WARM KEEPING AND CUSHION OF COW MAT

摘要

PURPOSE: A cow mat, having a closed cell foam formed within using a foam polymer, is provided to improve the warm-keeping and cushion of the present cow mat by putting the closed cell foam out of a green and odorless material into the mat itself and to healthily raise the cows. CONSTITUTION: The cow mat(100) includes: a closed cell foam for warm-keeping and cushion. The closed cell foam is formed inside the cow mat itself(100) using a foam polymer(EVA), so that the excellent warm-keeping and the good shock absorption lessen the stress of the cows and allow them to conveniently take a rest. The cow mat is installed at a low cost and formed by mixing the odorless material so as to remove the smell of the volatile compound and by using a green color like that of the natural meadow so as to help the cows to familiarly use the mat, and by mixing an inflammable material so as to prevent a fire.
