PURPOSE: Provided is a halogen-free flame resistant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition, which uses environmental-friendly halogen-free flame retardant to prevent the generation of toxic gases and to ensure the stability, while maintaining excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: The halogen-free flame resistant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition comprises: (A) 50-98 wt% of a polybutylene terephthalate resin or modified polybutylene terephthalate resin; (B) 1-20 wt% of an alkylphosphonic acid compound represented by the following formula 1, as a first flame retardant; and (C) 1-30 wt% of a melamine derivative compound as a second flame retardant. In formula 1, R is a C1-C4 linear or branched alkyl group, and X is 0 or 1.
