PURPOSE: A semiautomatic locking device for a bicycle depository is provided to prevent the theft of a bicycle and improve convenience by fixing a bicycle to the bicycle depository without a lock and a chain. CONSTITUTION: A semiautomatic locking device for a bicycle depository is composed of a lever, a plate spring locking unit for fixing a wheel of the bicycle to a supporter of the bicycle depository, an alarm switching on when the bicycle is fixed to the supporter, a coin-injection type opening/closing unit detecting the injection of coins and operating a limit switch, and a toggle joint operating an actuator.
