METHOD FOR SELECTING AUTOMATICALLY CONTROL PROGRAM ACCORDING TO MODEL CHANGE BY RECOGNIZING BAR CODE IN PROCESS FOR CHANGING MODEL IN PRODUCTION LINE

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for selecting automatically a control program according to a model change by recognizing a bar code in a process for changing a model in a production line is provided to reduce the processing time and minimize malfunctions by using the bar code to select the control program and input data according to models. CONSTITUTION: Data such as model name and Suffix are inputted into a bar code(S100). A model having the bar code is inputted into a production line and a bar code reader reads the bar code of the model to recognize the model name and the Suffix(S110). A control program and input data of related to the inputted model are selected from a database for storing the control program for each model and the input data for each model(S120). The control and the data for the corresponding model are inputted into the production line(S130).
