摘要

PURPOSE: A lining method of a welding line of a tank for chemical engineering fluid of a high quality material such as titanium or zirconium is provided to seal the cladding material securely and to prevent and inspect the leak of fluid accurately by containing the cushion plate in the seam part and welding the cover plate into the cushion plate. CONSTITUTION: Base metal(100) of a body pressed by a cladding material(200) is rolled cylindrically to weld the cylinder longitudinally or circumferentially. A seam part(300) in which a cushion plate(400) is installed is formed through the cut-back or peel-back process of the cladding material in contacting the base metal of the body. The base metal is welded by bevelling the welding portion of the base metal of the body, and the welding portion is inspected with the nondestructive test. The seam part in the upper part of the welding portion is treated with flush grinding process. The cushion plate is welded into the seam part, and a cover plate(500) is welded into the cushion plate.
