PURPOSE: A phrenological data offering system and method is provided to offer phrenological data on a user, and to also offer phrenologically compatible data on the other sex of the user by analyzing the face image transmitted over a wired or a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user system(100) and a service system(200). The user system(100) includes a terminal, an image inputting device and an image analysis program. The terminal enables the user to access the service system(200) over a wired or wireless network. The image inputting device enables the user to input the image on a face. The image analysis program analyzes the inputted f ace image, and transmits the analysis result to the service system(200). The service system(200) includes a system controller, a phrenological information management database, a member management database, and a phrenologically compatible sex data management database. The system controller receives the image analysis result from the user system(100), and offers the phrenologically compatible sex data requested by the user. The phrenological information management database stores data on various phrenological types. The phrenologically compatible sex data management database stores data on phrenologically compatible sex types.
