PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of the solubilized ibuprofen soft capsule and a manufacturing process thereof, thereby increasing dissolution rate of ibuprofen and absorption thereof into the human body. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the composition of the solubilized ibuprofen soft capsule is characterized by dissolving ibuprofen or the mixture of ibuprofen and water soluble polymeric compound in the hydrophilic solubilizing agent, and adding at least one or two kinds of surfactant, diethanolamine or basic amino acid thereto to dissolve the ibuprofen.
