METHOD FOR PROCESSING FONT BY SENSING CHARACTER INPUTTING SPEED ON TOUCH SCREEN, IN ORDER TO REGULATE THICKNESS OF DISPLAYED FONT

PURPOSE: A font processing method is provided to detect a character inputting speed per a unit time on a touch screen, to extract a thickness of a font corresponding to the detected inputting speed, and to display the characters according to a preset font with the extracted regulated thickness. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Character elements inputted per a unit time on a touch screen are checked, and inputting speed is detected(S10). A speed rate according to the detected speed is extracted(S12). A font thickness rate is extracted on a basis of a speed rate and a font thickness rate look-up table(S14). In a case that the thickness rate of the characters inputted in sequence for a prior term is compared with that of the currently inputted characters, the thickness of the currently inputted characters is processed for being softly linked to that of the characters inputted in sequence for a prior term(S16).
