Purpose: a device and a kind of method for locking a mobile terminal are arranged to that a user is allowed to be easy to set up or discharge a locking function without understanding that the complicated menu of a mobile terminal is constructed. Construction: determine whether that the rotation of a strip antenna of a mobile terminal is detected (S1), if the rotation of antenna is detected, it is determined whether a mobile terminal is set in a lock mode (S2). If mobile terminal is set in lock mode, according to being entered according to a quantity of a value for the rotation of antenna, (S3) for showing and storing. The value of input can be shown on a screen display unit (S4). Determine whether that the digit of the quantity of input is equal with the digit being arranged by a lock set information management unit (S5).
