摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a device for automatically controlling temperature of buckstay of coke oven and preventing buckstay of coke oven from deforming, wherein the device prevents deformation of coke oven structure and buckstay by circulating cool air into a space between the outer wall of coke oven and buckstay during temperature increase of coke oven, thereby minimizing temperature change of coke oven chamber and buckstay. CONSTITUTION: In a device for preventing a buckstay playing a role of a pillar of coke oven from deforming by a high temperature generated during coking of the coke oven, the device(1) for automatically controlling temperature of the buckstay of the coke oven and preventing the buckstay of the coke oven from deforming comprises a plurality of temperature control pipes(10) installed in a space between the coke oven and the buckstay and a space between tie rods; and a perforated plate cover(5) for covering the temperature control pipes to cut off heat flowing to the buckstay from the coke oven.
