PURPOSE: A bush insertion device is provided to improve the reliability and working efficiency by inserting the bush to the bush insertion hole easily in aligning the bush insertion holes accurately. CONSTITUTION: A bush insertion device is composed of a first guide part(200) contacted to the inner periphery of a first bush insertion hole to guide the insertion position of the bush, a second guide part(210) integrally formed with the first guide part and composed of the bush inserted to a second bush insertion hole, a movement restricting unit formed between the first guide part and the second guide part to restrict the bush from the second guide part to the first guide part, a guide bush(230) placed in the outer periphery of the second guide part and slid in the inner periphery of the second bush insertion hole, and a nut(250) combined with a screw part(240) formed in the end of the second guide part.
