SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PREVENTING ILLEGAL COPY THROUGH THE CONFIRMATION OF A MOBILE COMMUNICATION COMPANY IN A MOBILE PHONE, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH CHARGING FOR A FILE COPIED FROM A PC OR ANOTHER MOBILE PHONE, AS CAUSED AS A COPY INTERFACE UNIT IS MOUNTED IN A MOBILE PHONE

PURPOSE: A system and method for preventing illegal copy through the confirmation of a mobile communication company in a mobile phone is provided to charge for a file copied from a PC or another mobile phone, as a copy interface unit which does not pass by a mobile communication network such as Bluetooth is mounted in a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile phone is powered on, a program embedded in the mobile phone searches whether illegal copy prevention files exist in the mobile phone(S1). In case that illegal copy prevention files exist(S3), the program transmits the names of the searched downloaded files to a mobile communication company(S4). The mobile communication company compares the transmitted file names with the file names stored and registered in a database according to the CID of the mobile phone(S5). In case that it is judged that an abnormally downloaded file exists in the mobile phone(S7), the mobile communication company sends a settlement request message to the mobile phone(S8). If the user of the mobile phone rejects the approval for the settlement request, the mobile communication company makes the abnormally downloaded file automatically deleted in the mobile phone(S10).
