PURPOSE: A forming material comprising aluminum or silver foil film, polyethylene foamed material, fiber, cloth and fiber and the preparation method thereof are provided to have excellent effects in sound insulation, dam proofing, and heat insulation and prevent cracking because of excellent cementation force. CONSTITUTION: The forming material(10) comprises: an aluminum or silver foil film(11); a polyethylene foamed material(12) attached to the film(11); fiber(15) attached to the foamed material(12); a cloth(13) attached to the fiber(15); and another fiber(14) attached to the cloth(13). The forming material(10) is excellent in sound insulation, damp proofing, and heat insulation, excellent in cementation and tensile force, easy to make and its manufacturing cost is low.
