PURPOSE: A wireless remote control having steal preventing function for a vehicle is provided to make a vehicle driver easily sense the occurrence of vehicle theft by generating a warning sound using a second warning speaker or generating vibration using a vibration generator when a warning sound is generated from a first warning speaker. CONSTITUTION: A wireless remote control having anti-theft function for a vehicle comprises a sensor(15) sensing the signal indicating the intrusion from the exterior of a vehicle, an electronic control unit(14) controlling the signal sensed by the sensor, a first warning speaker(16) generating a warning sound to the exterior using the signal sensed by the electronic control unit, a vehicle receiving unit(12) connected with the electronic control unit to receiving the signal transmitted from a remote control transmitting unit(22) of a wireless remote control(20), a vehicle transmitting unit(18) generating a transmission signal via the electronic control unit, a remote control receiving unit(24) installed in the wireless remote control to receive the signal transmitted to the vehicle transmitting unit, and a second warning speaker(26) installed in the wireless remote control to generate a warning sound by sensing the signal received in the remote control receiving unit.
