PURPOSE: Provided are the extract of herbal mixture and a composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for improving impotence without adverse side effects, such as cardiovascular disorders and amblyopia. The extract is harmless to the human body, removes fatigue by stress, and improves impotence. Therefore, it is useful for the prevention and treatment of impotence. CONSTITUTION: The extract of herbal mixture is obtained by extracting 1-10 wt.% of white ginseng, 1-10 wt.% of Panax pseudo-ginseng Wall. var. notoginseng(Burkill)HOO and TSENG, 1-10 wt.% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 1-10 wt.% of Lycium chinese Mill., 2-15 wt.% of Rubus Coreanus, 5-20 wt.% of overgrown antler, 5-20 wt.% of Schizandra spp., 5-20 wt.% of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge, 2-15 wt.% of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz. Purpurea Makino, 1-10 wt.% of Cuscutae Semen, 1-10 wt.% of Torilidis Fructus, 1-10 wt.% of Eucommia ulmoides, 1-10 wt.% of Phlomis Maxmowiczii Rgl., 1-10 wt.% of Macrocarpium officinale Sieb. et Zucc., 1-10 wt.% of Adenophora triphylla var. japonica HARA.. 1-10 wt.% of young antler and 1-5 wt.% of Zingiber nigrum Gaertner.
