PURPOSE: A vehicle wheel-simultaneous braking mechanism, a caster rotation-preventing mechanism, and a baby carriage are provided to cope with a trouble of an operation member and the like and to simplify the constitution. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle wheel-simultaneous braking mechanism simultaneously stops first and second vehicle wheels. The vehicle wheel-simultaneous braking mechanism includes first and second vehicle wheel engagement devices(20,43) each arranged to the first and second wheels. The first vehicle wheel engagement device includes a first engagement member(31) movable between a first position engaging with the first wheel and a second position not engaging with the first vehicle wheel; a spring(61) giving support to first engagement member toward the first position; and an operation member(30) operating to make the position of the first engagement member situated to one of the first position or the second position. The second engagement device includes a second engagement member(45) movable between a first position engaging with the second vehicle wheel and a second position not engaging with the second vehicle wheel; a spring(66) giving support to the second engagement member toward the first position; a connection member connecting the first and second engagement members in an interlocking state to make the second engagement member situated to the first position when the operation member makes the first engagement member situated to the first position and to make the second engagement member situated to the second position when the operation member makes the first engagement member situated to the second position; and a position-maintaining unit maintaining the first engagement member to the second position when the operation member makes the first engagement member situated to the second position.
