COKE RECLAIM AMOUNT CONTROL DEVICE OF SUB-WARP AND MAIN WARP, INCLUDING RECLAIM CONTROL PART HAVING CYLINDER, LINK, ROTATING SHAFT, AND GATE

PURPOSE: A coke reclaim amount control device of a sub-warp and a main warp is provided to automatically reclaim a fixed quantity of coke put in the sub-warp and coke put in the main warp by installing the sub-warp in a state opposed to the main warp. CONSTITUTION: A coke reclaim amount control device of a sub-warp(100) and a main warp(200) drops coke on a belt conveyor(40) by a coke reclaimer(30) reciprocating along a travel rail to feed coke to the sub-warp and the main warp. A slant face(110) of the sub-warp and a slant face(210) of the main warp are opposed. A coke discharge port is formed between the slant faces. The coke reclaim amount control device includes a reclaim amount control part(300). The reclaim amount control part has a cylinder supported to sidewalls of the-sub warp and fixed to be situated to the upper part of the slant face by a hinge; a link having one end connected to the end of a cylinder rod by a connection pin; a rotating shaft having ends rotatably connected to the upper part of a coke discharge port; and a gate fixed to the vertical lower side of the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is fixed to the other end of the link. The rotation degree of the rotating shaft is controlled to selectively shut off the reclaiming of coke of the sub-warp and the main warp according to the advancing and retreating degree of the cylinder rod.
