PURPOSE: To provide a blaster removing apparatus which prevents blaster marks from forming on the surface of strip by effectively removing blister on the surface of conduct roll rubber and smoothly performs blister removing operation by adopting a structure that prevents adhesive solution from remaining or flowing down in an injection needle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing blister on the surface of conduct roll rubber comprises a rectangular box shaped body(30) which is moved above blister of conductor roll through a transfer means, on an upper part of which a supporting plate is formed, a lower part of which is opened, and in a central inner part of which stopper plates(15) are formed; a first cylinder(21) installed on the upper surface of the body and equipped with a cylinder rod(20) operated up and down; a first pressing plate(19) fixed to an end of the cylinder rod; a second pressing plate(17) fixed to a central portion of the cylinder rod; an upper block(23) which is supported by first guide bars(27) penetratingly installed on an upper part of the body with second springs(28) being interposed between the body and the first guide bars, and on the central upper surface of which a hole is formed so that the first pressing plate is inserted into the hole with a first spring(24) being interposed between the upper block and the first pressing plate; a lower block(31) which is fixed to a lower part of the upper block, to a lower part of which a supporting block(41) is connected with an injection needle(143) being installed downward on the supporting block, and in which at least a second cylinder(121) vertically operated toward the injection needle is installed; a pressing plate(11) on which a hole is formed so that the injection needle passes through the hole, and which is supported by second guide bars(13) penetratingly installed on the stopper plates with third springs(14) being interposed between the second guide bars and the stopper plates; a capsule supply mechanism(200) installed inside the lower block to continuously supply syringe shaped disposable adhesive solution capsules(202) to an upper position of the injection needle; a third cylinder(123) for lifting up a used adhesive solution capsule(202) to an upper part of the injection needle with an intermediate member vertically slid between the third cylinder and the adhesive solution capsule; and a fourth cylinder(125) for discharging the adhesive solution capsule put on an upper part of the injection needle to the outside.
