摘要

PURPOSE: An electrode structure of an AC(Alternating Current) plasma display panel is provided to reduce the distance between address electrodes and sustain electrodes by increasing the height of the address electrodes, thereby improving discharge response speed, luminance and light-emitting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An AC plasma display panel includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate(1). A supplementary barrier(10) is formed on the lower substrate. The supplementary barrier is placed at the center of a unit pixel on the lower substrate. An address electrode is formed on the supplementary barrier(8) such that the height of the address electrode is increased owing to the supplementary barrier.
