PURPOSE: A radiographic apparatus is provided to fully eliminate time delay of radiation detection signal caused due to a radiation detection unit. CONSTITUTION: A radiographic apparatus comprises a radiation emitting unit(1) for emitting radiation to an object(M); a radiation detection unit(2) for detecting radiation passed through the object; a signal sampling unit(3) for extracting, at a predetermined sampling time interval, radiation detection signals output from the radiation detection unit; a temperature measuring unit(4) for measuring temperature of the radiation detection unit; and a time delay eliminating unit(12) for eliminating time delay from the radiation detection signals by a recursive computation, in an impulse response constituted by one or a plurality of exponential functions with different attenuation time constants. The time delay eliminating unit obtains the impulse response in accordance with the result of the temperature measuring unit, and eliminates time delay in accordance with the impulse response corresponding to the result, thereby obtaining a corrected radiation detection signal.
