PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for removing pressure remained in oil pressure device for down coiler to improve quality of product and productivity by mounting control unit and operation unit on electrical PLC circuit and controller in a quick open control system to remove pressure remained between servo valve and rod side of buffer cylinder, thereby preventing hunting and instantaneous control defects of the quick open control system. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing pressure remained in oil pressure device for down coiler comprises a pressure detecting plate equipped with a port and a flow path to detect remain pressure between the rod side of a buffer cylinder(8) installed at one side of down coiler to prevent formation of marks due to a top end of strip and a rear part of servo valve; remain pressure detecting sensors(22) for detecting remain pressure from the detecting port of the pressure detecting plate; pressure conversion amplifiers(23) for converting the remain pressure detected in the remain pressure detecting sensors into a voltage value; pressure operation controllers(24) comprising a limit conversion switch for controlling opening and closing of the pressure operation controllers according to a set limit value by receiving the voltage value converted in the pressure conversion amplifiers; conversion switches(25) for opening or closing the switch according to a conversion signal generated from the pressure operation controllers; and a power supply(26) for operating remain pressure removal valves(19) according to opening or closing of the conversion switches.
