COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING MIXTURE EXTRACT OF OUGIDAN(PAECILOMYCES JAPONICA, ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS, GANODERAM LUCIDUM, DEER ANTLERS AND GINSENG), AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME WITH SUPERCRITICAL FLUIDS EXTRACTION TO PREVENT SKIN AGING

PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition containing the extract of ougidan(5 kinds of natural medicinal herbs including Paecilomyces japonica, Acanthopanax senticosus, Ganoderam lucidum, deer antlers and ginseng), and method of manufacturing the same with supercritical fluids extraction. The composition has anti-inflammatory effect, skin wrinkle removing effect, moisturizing effect and skin elastic increasing effect to prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: The extract of ougidan(5 kinds of natural medicinal herbs including Paecilomyces japonica, Acanthopanax senticosus, Ganoderam lucidum, deer antlers and ginseng) is obtained by the steps of: mixing Paecilomyces japonica, Acanthopanax senticosus, Ganoderam lucidum, deer antlers and ginseng; mixing the extraction solvent with the mixture, followed by stirring; supplying supercritical fluids to the mixture in the extractor; increasing inner temperature of the extractor to 40 deg.C with a speed of 0.5 deg.C /min maintaining the pressure of the extractor to 300 atm; and maintaining the temperature and pressure of the extractor to 30-50 deg.C and 200-350 atm, respectively for 50 minutes, then reducing the pressure to give the extract of ougidan.
