PURPOSE: An oil cooler of a vehicle is provided to increase the durability by increasing the area of a welded part of tube plates and distributing stress concentration caused by oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler of a vehicle includes tube plates(56) of a plate shape joined in pairs to constitute a flow space of oil, and an inner fin(58) installed inside the tube plates to lengthen the remaining time of oil in the tube plates and transmitting the heat of the oil to the tube plates. The tube plate has holes(57a) for oil circulation formed in the ends of the longitudinal direction. Joining protrusions(56a) are formed to the sides of the longitudinal direction of the tube plate to prevent movement of the inner fin by fixing the ends of the inner fin and to increase the joining area of the tube plates.
