PURPOSE: A method for increasing an optical scanning speed and an apparatus applying the same are provided to optically increase the scanning speed and increase a frequency provided by a physical structure of a scanner. CONSTITUTION: A scanning mirror(m) has one reflective point(p), and has a reflective point(p) of one mirror horizontally disposed in the first straight line(x) of one direction. The scanning mirror performs the seesaw motion within a certain angle range with respect to the first straight line by a certain frequency. A feedback mirror(230) reflects a scanning light, which is incident through a light incident path(101) sloped at a certain angle with respect to the first straight line and is reflected in the reflective point of the scanning mirror, to the neighborhood of the light incident path of a light incident region(100). A reenter mirror(110) inputs the feedback light reflected by the feedback mirror to the reflective point of the scanning mirror again to be scanned to an output scanning region.
