MODULE-TYPE VALVE MECHANISM WITH DISCHARGE-COMBINING MECHANISM, FORMING CONNECTION PASSAGE BETWEEN TWO DISCHARGE PORTS AND ARRANGING COMBING PISTON IN MIDDLE OF CONNECTION PASSAGE

PURPOSE: A module-type valve mechanism with a discharge-combining mechanism is provided to combine two discharges arranged to a valve block of a module type by simple operation without a change of pipe line or to use the discharge ports in a divided state. CONSTITUTION: A module-type valve mechanism with a discharge-combining mechanism has a connection passage(76) connecting discharge ports(66,68) formed to the sides of a valve block(60). The connection passage is formed to the valve block. An opening and shutting mechanism(80) shutting or opening the connection passage is installed in the middle of the connection passage. The opening and shutting mechanism comprises a combining piston(82), a packing member(86), and a lock bolt(84). The combining piston has a valve hole(82a) formed in a straight line or at a right angle to the connection passage according to the switching of a valve. A tool-combining groove for combination with a tool is formed to the upper end of the combining piston. The packing member is arranged between the combining piston and the valve block to prevent leakage of a fluid. The lock bolt is screwed to the valve block to keep the combining piston in a fixed state.
