PURPOSE: A holographic master system for master disk fabricating and a holographic ROM disk fabricating device using a master disk are provided to fabricate a holographic ROM disk by using a master disk produced by an angle overlapping method, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost without fabricating mask patterns while removing noise caused by diffraction. CONSTITUTION: A light source(100) generates a laser beam. An optical splitter(102) reflects a portion of the laser beam, and splits the laser beam into a reference light and a signal light. The first reflective mirror(104) reflects the reference light to the first optical path. The second reflective mirror(106) reflects the reflected reference light at a predetermined incident angle. An actuator(108) drives the second reflective mirror(106), and changes the incident angle of the reference light. A master disk(116) is rotated while recording data, and records interference patterns created by an interference between reference lights incident through the second mirror(106). The first shutter(114) supplies or intercepts the reflected signal light. A controller(120) intercepts the signal light not to be supplied to the master disk(116) when the data is on, and supplies the light to the disk(116) when the data is off.
