PURPOSE: To provide a cold water ionizer for preventing inflow of external foreign materials into the pressure cold water tank by adopting a sealing type pressure cold water tank, preventing formation of carbonate by preventing inflow of air into the pressure cold water tank and preventing noise due to pump operation by enabling purified water to be supplied into an electrolyzer from the pressure cold water tank. CONSTITUTION: The cold water ionizer comprises a water purification part connected to waterworks to purify raw water supplied from the waterworks; an electrolyzer for producing alkaline water and acidic water by electrolyzing purified water supplied from the water purification part through a purified water supply pipe; a sealing type pressure cold water tank(200) in which the alkaline water supplied from the electrolyzer through an alkaline water supply pipe(210) is cooled and stored, and which is sealed to cut off contact of the cooled and stored alkaline water with air; an acidic water discharge pipe for discharging the acidic water from the electrolyzer; and an alkaline water discharge pipe for discharging the alkaline water stored in the sealing type pressure cold water tank, wherein a safety plate(220) formed of a flexible stainless steel to divide the inside of the sealing type pressure cold water tank into an upper space(203) and a lower space(205) is installed on an inner part of the sealing type pressure cold water tank, and a hole(223) is formed such that the alkaline water is circulated through the hole from the divided one side of the sealing type pressure cold water tank to the other side of the sealing type pressure cold water tank, and wherein the cold water ionizer further comprises an air hose(240) communicated with an upper part of the sealing type pressure cold water tank, and an air exhaust valve(243) installed on the air hose.
