摘要
PURPOSE: A caliper-type disk brake device for a motor-driven forklift is provided to remove the need for shim adjustment work by assembling upper and lower caliper arms to a hinge shaft of a caliper arm support, to facilitate assembling in the initial assembling and replacement, and to improve the braking force by reducing the initial contact of a pad after assembling. CONSTITUTION: In a caliper-type disk brake device for a motor-driven forklift, a hinge shaft(16) is combined to upper and lower caliper arms(12,14) with brake pads providing friction force to both sides of a disk. Hinge shaft-combining holes of a caliper arm support(18) are formed as upper and lower elongated holes(160) to combine the hinge shaft. A bushing(260) having planes(261) is interposed in the elongated hole to install the hinge shaft. A height-adjustable stopper for controlling sag is screwed to the caliper arm support combined to the hinge shaft and is protruded upward.
