A pharmaceutical composition for prevention of replicative senescence of human keratinocytes containing retinoic acid as active ingredients

PURPOSE: The titled anti-aging agent containing as effective ingredient a retinoic acid compound containing trans retinoic acid, 3,4-didehydro-retinoic acid and 9-cis retinoic acid is provided, which extends the life of normal human mucosal keratinocytes and normal human epidermal keratinocytes and prevents aging of a human epithelial cell. CONSTITUTION: This retinoic acid compound can be used for treatment and prevention of oral diseases such as trauma, traumatic ulcer and angular cheilosis and as cosmetic components for prevention of skin aging. For an example, 250g retinoic acid hydrochlorate, 175.9g lactose, 180g sweet potato starch, 32g colloidal silicic acid and 10% gelatin solution are mixed, followed by grinding. The mixture is added with 160g sweet potato starches, 50g talc and 5g magnesium stearate to produce a tablet containing 15g effective components.
