Plate material for building using natural germanium ores and method for preparing the same

PURPOSE: Provided are construction plates with high mechanical strength, electromagnetic wave shield, far infrared emission, deodorization and moisture resistance by using germanium ore. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of construction plates using germanium ore is as follows: grinding natural ore containing 0.36-1.05% of germanium, Cu3(GeFe)S4, to 20-80mesh; mixing 60-80wt.% of ground germanium ore, 5-25wt.% of gabasite(300-400mesh), 5-25wt.% of sodium- or calcium-bentonite as a binder and water proofing agent; pressing under pressure of 15-25ton; sintering at 1000-1300deg.C for 1-2hrs.; cutting to a proper size and shape.
