PURPOSE: A microorganism Bacillus sp.(KFCC-11928) lysing Cyanobacterium Anabaena cylindrica is provided, thereby effectively controlling the formation of Cyanobacterium. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism Bacillus sp.(KFCC-11928) lysing Cyanobacterium Anabaena cylindrica is provided, wherein the Bacillus sp.(KFCC-11928) is isolated by collecting samples from eutrophication-occurring water and soil; culturing them in BG-11 medium for 5 to 7 days; diluting the cultured medium and culturing on BG-11 selection agar medium and culturing them at 28 deg. C; analyzing hollow zone formation of each samples; isolating colonies forming the hollow zone; culturing the colonies on LB agar medium; and selecting a strain showing the excellent Cyanobacterium Anabaena cylindrica lysing activity.
