PURPOSE: A side window glass opening and shutting device for a vehicle is provided to secure excellent manufacturability and productivity, to precisely execute opening and shutting action, and to secure excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: A side window glass opening and shutting device for a vehicle comprises a window guide(10), a window opening and shutting slider(20), and a window drive unit(30). The window guide is installed to a side of a window frame aperture corresponding to an opening and shutting direction of the vehicle. The window guide has an opening/shutting and sliding cam profile(11) having an opening and shutting range formed in the front and rear direction of the vehicle and a sliding opening and shutting range bent toward the inside of the vehicle from the front end of the opening and shutting range. The window opening and shutting slider has a window support part(21) supporting a window glass(7), and a guide roller(25) having rolling contact with the opening/shutting and sliding cam profile. The window opening and shutting slider reciprocates along the opening/shutting and sliding cam profile. The window drive unit has a driving slider(50) pressing the window opening and shutting slider in the opening and shutting direction, and a driving unit reciprocating the driving slider in the opening and shutting direction. The driving slider has a slider-combining hole(53) to which the window opening and shutting slider is combined in a state of relatively moving in the horizontal direction to the opening and shutting direction.
