PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabric preventing fluff is provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fabric preventing fluff is as follows: steaming grey yarn; dyeing the grey yarn; knitting fabric formed loops on one side out of the grey yarn with a velour knitting method; removing impurities from the knitted fabric; drying first the fabric at 130-170deg.C for 3-8min; heat-setting first the dried fabric having 40-90inches of width and 0.22-1.70kg/yds of weight at 140-170deg.C; scratching a loop side of the heat-set fabric to raise; spraying the raised fabric with water, and drying second the fabric at 90-120deg.C for 20-40min; and then heat-setting second the dried fabric having 40-90inch of width and 0.21-1.62kg/yds of weight at 140-170deg.C.
