PURPOSE: A wideband picture information supply program via internet is provided to enable a user to watch actual picture of a desired place through internet without directly visiting the corresponding place. CONSTITUTION: The wideband picture information supply program comprises an input step for inputting an address, coordinates, and a key word of a separated specific place to a sound recognition program; a moving image overlap filming step performed at a constant height by using a digital manner; a computer input, editing, and separation step of the filmed images; a program developing step for designing home page and searching image information; a database input step; a home page server and database server construction step; a use step performed by a client; a fee sanction step; a latest information comparing step.
