PURPOSE: To provide a material crusher that is able to crush materials such as Pueraria and fruit with rotating a first cutter part, in which the first cutter part and a second cutter part are detachably combined with each other. CONSTITUTION: The crusher comprising a hopper (10), a first cutter part (30) having fixed crushing knives (31), a second cutter part (40) having rotary crushing knives, a cutter housing (50), a cutter shaft (60), a driving motor, and a frame main body (90) is characterized in that the cutter housing includes a circular insertion, where the first cutter part is able to be inserted, a hinge portion that combines the first cutter part with the second cutter part, an engagement portion (43) that fixes the first cutter part to the cutter housing and a pair of support stands (52) that prevents the first cutter part from being lowered after the first cutter part is inserted into the cutter housing.
