BLOWING VALVE AND FLOW CONTROLLER MOUNTED WITH THE SAME FOR PREVENTING GAUGE FROM BEING BROKEN DOWN OR DEFORMED BY CUTTING OFF AUTOMATICALLY OVERPRESSURE TOWARD THE GAUGE IN CLEANING PIPE BY BLOWING MODE
PURPOSE: A blowing valve and a flow controller mounted with the same are provided to restrict the damage and strain of a gauge caused by overpressure by cutting off the compressed air toward the gauge in a blowing mode. CONSTITUTION: A through-screw(83) has six fixing units and a center hole bored along a central line of the fixing units. A third fixing unit comprises first and second screw o-ring grooves formed along the circumference and at least one gauge hole and a vent hole bored along the circumference. A fifth fixing unit has third and fourth screw o-ring grooves formed along the circumference and at least one measuring hole perforated along the circumference. A through-shaft(81) has a push button, first, second, and third shaft units in order. The second shaft unit has four o-ring grooves and a first through-hole along the circumference. The third shaft unit has a second through-hole. The first and second through-holes communicate to each other through a central through-hole. An insert(82) comprises first and second insert units. The second insert unit has an insert o-ring groove between the first and second insert units. A cone(84) has a first cone unit combined to the end of the insert, a second cone unit extended from the first cone unit, and a cone o-ring groove formed along the circumference of the first cone unit. One end of an elastic spring(85) is supported at the inner peripheral surface of a space of the housing and the other end is held by the second cone unit to bias the cone. Four screw o-rings(03,05,07,08) are inserted in four screw o-ring grooves, respectively. Four shaft o-rings(021,022,041,042) are fitted into four shaft o-ring grooves of the second shaft unit of the through-shaft, respectively. An insert o-ring(06) is fitted in the insert o-ring groove to open and close the inflow of the compressed air toward the measuring hole of the through-hole. A cone o-ring(09) is inserted into the cone o-ring groove to open and close the inflow of the compressed air toward the end of the central hole of the through-screw. The through-shaft and the insert are inserted in the center hole of the through-screw to interlock with the cone biased to the end of the center hole of the through-screw by the elastic spring and switched according to a water level measuring mode, an exhaust mode, and a blowing mode.
