PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for effectively sorting recycling aggregates of diverse sizes from construction waste, whereby fine dusts or particles are not spread out contaminating the environment. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for sorting recycling aggregates from construction waste includes a supply hopper(1); a first sorter(2) for sorting construction waste (40mm); a jaw crusher(3) for crushing construction waste(40mm); a second sorter(4) for sorting construction waste (13mm); a first discharge valve(42) for discharging aggregates smaller than 13mm; a corn-crusher(5) for crushing construction waste larger than 13mm; a third sorter(6) for sorting construction waste larger than 25mm or smaller than 25mm; a fourth sorter(7) for sorting aggregates smaller than 13mm among the construction waste smaller than 13mm; magnetic conveyor rollers(32,53,47) for removing steel materials; fans(43,52,46); and a plurality of conveyor belts(21,31,41,51,71,72) for transferring construction wastes according to the size thereof.
