PURPOSE: A method for exchanging a two-factor authenticated key, an authentication method using the same, and a recording medium for storing a program including the same are provided to authenticate a subscriber by using a token including a password and a symmetric key as two independent authentication factors. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber terminal generates a key by using an identifier and a public key of an authentication server and transmits the key to the authentication server. The subscriber terminal receives a random number from the authentication server. The subscriber terminal encrypts a first specific value and generates authenticator by using the random number, a predetermined password, and a symmetric key, and it transmits the first specific value and the subscriber authenticator to the authentication server. The subscriber terminal receives an authentication server authenticator from the authentication server. The subscriber terminal authenticates the authentication server authenticator by using a secret key and the password.
