DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SHARING CHARGE WITH VOIP TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALLERS BASED ON VOICE/DATA USE TIME

PURPOSE: A device and a method for sharing a charge with the VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone conference callers based on voice/data use time are provided to perform rational charging to the conference callers by sharing the charge based on the voice/data use time actually used from each conference caller. CONSTITUTION: A gatekeeper(120) changes a terminal name of each conference caller into a physical address, and provides call approval or account information. A conference call server(130) implements a voice conference call and data sharing through each terminal(110) with use of the gatekeeper by performing a conference call function based on a VoIP telephone technology, measures the voice/data use time by receiving the voice/data from each terminal, and advances a conference by mixing the voice and the data, and connecting it with each terminal. A database(140) stores the voice/data use time measured by the conference call server. A charge analysis server(150) generates charging data for the caller of each terminal by analyzing the voice/data use time and stores it to the database.
