SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VOICE RECOGNITION BASED COMMUNITY SERVICE ON WEB AND TELEPHONE NETWORK

PURPOSE: A system and a method for a voice recognition based community service on the web and the telephone network are provided to enable a member to conveniently manage a community and access a community site through diverse media in real-time by applying a voice recognition/synthesis technology. CONSTITUTION: A user connection part(15) enables a telephone-based user to connect to the site. A database(12) stores a community bulletin board and user information. A voice-text converter(14) converts a voice into a text and vice versa under control of a service controller(11). The service controller certifies the connected members, provides the member with desired bulletin by converting the bulletin into the voice, and posts up the voice inputted from the member by converting the voice into the text. The service controller transfers the bulletin by automatically calling the member fixed from the bulletin and converting the bulletin into the voice, and reports a statistical result to the bulletin board. A statistics processor(13) statistically processes reply results from the fixed members for the bulletin wanting the statistical result by using a keyword detecting function.
