METHOD FOR OFFERING AUTOMATIC ALARM SERVICE OPERATED ON CRM PROGRAM THROUGH INTERNET

PURPOSE: A method for offering an automatic alarm service operated on a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) program through the Internet is provided to automatically send an email or a text message to a customer when the message made/registered by a businessman satisfies an automatic alarm condition. CONSTITUTION: Management item information, automatic alarm condition information, sending message information, and customer information are inputted from a businessman terminal(214). The information is stored in a database server after registration/interconnection(216). The customer information corresponding to the automatic alarm condition for each management item is periodically searched from the database server(217). The message to be sent to the customer corresponding to a search result is generated by combining the customer information and the sending message(218). An order to send the email/text message to the customer is ordered by transmitting the generated message to a mail server(219). The mail server transmits the generated message contents to a customer terminal as the email(221).
