AIR COOLING ENGINE FOR COOLING ENGINE BY SUCKING AIR FROM CRANKSHAFT AND HEADER WITH JET RADIATOR AND INJECTING AIR TO INNER WALLS OF PISTON AND CYLINDER AT HIGH SPEED IN MOTORCYCLE OR VEHICLE
PURPOSE: An air cooling engine with a jet radiator is provided to extend the life span of the engine and to prevent deterioration of engine oil by restricting overheating of the engine, and to cut down manufacturing cost by removing the radiator, the water pump and the coolant from the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A propeller pulley(31) rotates at high speed by a belt(17) in rotating an engine(1) because a flywheel pulley(16) of the engine is larger than the propeller pulley. A pipe shaft(39) is combined with plural jet fans(37), and air is moved at high speed in rotating the pipe shaft. Air is sucked from a crankshaft(5) of the engine and a header(8) through a cooling inlet(47), and air is cooled by an outer radiating plate(34) and an inner radiating plate(35). Air is cooled by the jet fan, and streamed through a cooling outlet(49) to the engine. The engine is cooled by injecting air through an air nozzle(18) to an inner wall(15) of the cylinder, an inner wall(11) of the piston and the header at high speed.
