PURPOSE: An explosion-protected type robot is provided to prevent the explosion in an operation area by converting the power of a driving motor to a mechanical driving. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second frames(10) are separated in parallel. A third frame(30) is installed in the upper part of the first and the second frames and moved toward an X axes. A fourth frame(40) is combined with the third frame and moved toward an Y axes. An X axial driving motor(50) is installed in one side of the fist frame. A ball screw(51) is axially combined with the X axial driving motor, installed inside the first frame lengthwise and combined with the third frame. An Y axial driving motor(60) is installed in one side of the second frame. A first ball spline(61) is axially combined with the Y axial driving motor, installed inside the second frame lengthwise and combined with the other side of the third frame. A first power transmission device(80) reciprocates the fourth frame through the rotation of the first ball spline. A Z axial driving motor(70) is installed in the other side of the first frame. A second ball spline(71) is axially combined with the Z axial driving motor and installed inside the first frame lengthwise. A second power transmission device reciprocates the fourth frame vertically through the rotation of the second ball spline.
